I trek from sea to summit and back, but I do have a soft spot for the mountains. France, Italy, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Lebanon where I am from took my palate to extremes. I'll probably volunteer to chaperon your group if you intend to mix hiking, comfortable lodges, and garden-to-plate food. Look me up a few years from now — the moment my youngest is off to college, you are all invited to my eco-lodges right before the forest.

With 15 years in the events and tourism industries, I specialise in designing high-end, active journeys for travellers who want to earn their views. A veteran of multi-day hut-to-hut treks, I am just as eager pitching a tent under the stars as checking into a five-star resort. My culinary philosophy: learn from the locals, then cook your own gourmet meal — always with love.
